Giornata positiva, quella di ieri, per i colori italiani e poteva anche finire meglio di così. Il passo falso dell’Americana Lepert è stato infatti ottimamente sfruttato dalla nostra Marta Maggetti che infilando un ottimo parziale 2-2-3 si ritrova dopo 6 manche al comando della classifica provvisoria. Sul podio virtuale le rappresentanti Israeliana (Hadar Heller) e Cinese (Lu Yunxiu). Da notare che sebbene Marta non si sia aggiudicata alcuna manche, ha dalla sua un’incredibile costanza di risultati che le permette di tenere a bada la Heller che invece ha già in cascina 3 vittorie.
In campo maschile, come avevamo già segnalato, Daniele Benedetti ha sfiorato il podio (4° dopo la prima regata di giornata) ma due risultati meno positivi (ma sempre di ottimo livello) lo hanno fatto tornare al 7° posto generale. Comanda la classifica Kieran Martin (GBR) seguito da Radslaw Furmanski (POL) e da Evgeny Ayvazyan (RUS).

Very positive the second racing day for Italian representatives. And it could be even better. Marta Maggetti totally took advantage of the “to-be-forget” three races of the former leader American Marion Lepert and thanks to a nice row (2-2-3) is now leading herself. On the virtual podium also the Israeli Hadar Heller e the Chinese Lu Yunxiu. To be notice that Marta is capitalizing her regularity, leading without any race victory on Heller who took already 3 winners out of 6 manches
Among boys, Daniele Benedetti was very close to the podium (4°) after the first day race where he got a 3°. The next 2 races were good but not enough to maintain the position and now is again on 7° position. Current leader is always the British Kieran Martin with Radslaw Furmanski (POL) and Evgeny Ayvazyan (RUS).
