Con grandissimo piacere segnaliamo l’ennesima affermazione di Flavia Tartaglini. Come a Torbole 15 giorni fa, anche questa volta si tratta di una tappa del Circuito Eurosaf RS:X. E come 2 settimane fa anche questa volta la vittoria arriva dopo aver praticamente rincorso le sue avversarie per tutta la durata dell’evento. Flavia ha difeso, col 3° posto nella Medal Race, la testa della classifica conquistata solo al termine della 13esima heat. Sul podio con Flavia salgono l’Israeliana Maayan Davidovich (2a) e la Spagnola Blanca Machon (3a), quest’ultima autrice di un’ottima seconda parte di evento.
Medal Race maschile senza italiani in acqua. Marco Baglione, con un finale in crescendo e con ottimi risultati parziali, ha chiuso al 16° posto. Ma non sono mancate le sorprese nella gara finale. Dopo 13 heat sempre in testa l’Olandese Dorian Van Rijsselberge si è ritrovato addirittura fuori dal podio. Si aggiudica la vittoria il Polacco Pawel Tarnowski seguito dal Greco Byron Kokkalanis (2°) e dal francese Julien Bontemps (3°). Prossimo appuntamento Eurosaf a Weymouth dal 9 giugno.

With great pleasure we can tell you another victory of our friend Flavia Tartaglini. Second victory in a row in the Eurosaf RS:X Circuit and like two weeks ago her victory arrived after chased her opponent for the duration of the event. Flavia has defended, with the 3rd place in Medal Race, the leadership won only at the end of the 13th heat. Together with Flavia on the podium there were the Israeli Maayan Davidovich (2a) and the Spanish Blanca Machon (3a), the latter author of a very good second part of the event. No Italians in the Men’s Medal Race. Marco Baglione, with an interesting final part of the event together with some good results in the heats, finished in 16th place. But there have been surprises in the final race. After 13 heats in the lead, the Dutch Dorian Van Rijsselbergefound himself off the podium. It’s the Polish Pawel Tarnowski who won the event, followed by the Greek Byron Kokkalanis (2°) and the Frenchman Julien Bontemps. Next Eurosaf meeting in Weymouth (9th June).
