Mentre giocavamo in spiaggia, come se fosse quasi estate, al Windfestival di Diano Marina, dalla fredda Sylt giungevano gli echi degli ultimi fuochi artificiali agonistici della stagione. L’eco più forte, soprattutto per noi della Liguria Connection, era quello riguardante l’undicesimo posto finale nella gara slalom, subito dietro a Bjorn, del nostro “amichetto” Matteo Iachino, che mette un ulteriore sigillo in questa annata che gli ha regalato una bella riga di soddisfazioni. Gli altri echi riguardavano gli ultimi verdetti di stagione, qualcuno era già assegnato, qualcuno no, ma sono stati nominati i vari campioni del mondo 2012 di specialità… Albeau, al primo anno con le tavole RRD, ritorna sulla vetta del racking slalom 2012, Gollito ed era quasi inevitabile, vedendo l’andamento delle gare di quest’anno, su quello freestyle e Filippo Köster su quello wave!
